Why Apple Didn't comprise A Retina Display On The iPad Mini
The iPad mini has been released for a few months now. And most of the people love the device. There had been some rumors before that Apple would generate a smaller tablet then their 10-inch iPad, and this rumor came true with the new smaller tablet from Apple. However, although a lot of people had improbable it, the iPad mini doesn't consist of the famed Retina display. This was a discontentment to a lot of people, and they didn't understand why. Especially since Apple has been integrating the Retina display to almost all their devices, like the Macbook Pro, iMac, iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch. Therefore it is a bit strange that they did not consist of it on their flagship in the small tablets market.
If you are not customary with the term retina display, I will interpret it a bit to you. The Apple Retina display was first introduced on the iPhone 4 in 2011. It was a ground breaking revolution in terms of mobile displays, as it was the first screen where the pixels were completely un-spottable with the eye. Commonly you are able to see the pixels of a display if you look closely, but this was not the case with the newest display that Apple had created. The Retina display had an improbable 2880x1800 resolution, which is highly high for a mobile phone. The app had more then 4 million distinct colours, and the sharpness was amazing. The contrast, and the brightness were also from a ground breaking level, so its safe to say that people were legitimately pleased by the crispy screen. Till date, the Retina display is still the best screen in the mobile industry, and that's a pretty nice article to have if you ask me.
Now it might seem a bit strange to you as well: Why didn't Apple consist of this screen on the new iPad mini? It would make the small tablet a flagship in the industry, and it would have abruptly kicked out the competition. There are any way a few reasons behind this move, and one of them is of course an ever returning argument: the price of the device.
The costs of the Retina display are higher if you compare it to a general Led screen. This is of course logical as the technique behind it is much more advanced then your regular Hd screen. Because the Price is always a big issue on Apple products, they have probably decided not to generate the Retina display on the iPad mini, because it is already more costly then its competitors. A regular 7-inch tablet is yours for about 0, while the iPad mini costs you a whopping 9. As you can see, that is a lot more then the industry standard for 7-inch tablets. If the iPad mini would have a Retina display, it would most likely be even more costly then it now already is, which might turn off buyers from getting the tablet, which is of course what Apple tries to prevent.
The second suspect is that the value of a Retina display, on a small tablet wouldn't add much more value to your experience. Because the iPad mini has the same resolution as the general iPad, only on a smaller scale, the screen is already sharper then the iPad. The screen of the iPad mini is 7.9-inch, and the screen of the iPad is 9.7-inch. As you can see, this will consequent in the same resolution, but only on a smaller screen. This is also the suspect why applications for the iPad work perfectly on the iPad mini.
If you legitimately are disappointed that the iPad mini doesn't have a Retina display, we guidance you to wait on the next version. The next generation of Apple tablets is arrival in march 2013, which is only a few weeks away. Waiting for the newest version might be a good option, as it is rumored that the iPad mini 2 does have a Retina display. Although this are only rumors, waiting for the newest release is vital as its only a few weeks away. But then again, only time will tell!

We're Sorry Your Home Office Is Boring
Home offices are, typically, on the boring side. You might have an entire room that serves as your office, or perhaps just a section of the family room or bedroom. You probably have a simple desk, office chair, computer, printer, small desk lamp, and maybe even a dying, potted plant sitting in the corner.
There might be some personal touches strewn about such as family pictures on the desk or maybe a motivational poster thrown up on the wall. I mean, who wouldn't be motivated by the "Hang in there, baby!" poster featuring a kitten clinging onto a piece of rope?
Did we just retell your home office? If so, we are sorry to familiarize you that it's boring. If you were giving a tour of your house to a guest, we would advise skipping over the office entirely. But, seriously, aren't all home offices yawn-producers? Not quite.
We've tracked down some creative home offices that will hopefully get you thinking of ways to spruce up your own home office.
Apple of His Eye
David Wu, an entrepreneur and goods designer in Hong Kong, has taken his love for Apple and its market to the extreme. His home office is indubitably a smaller version of an Apple store. Wu paid attention to every detail. From the Fetzer Maple Wood Desks that are regularly found in Apple market to even the shelves he had installed that are now lined with assorted Apple products, Wu captured the exact look and feel of an Apple store. The only thing missing is wandering Apple employees asking, "What brings you to Mr. Wu's office today?"
Take It Outside
Who says you have to have an office inside your home? Your perfect office setting might just be your backyard. The Hgtv show "Take It Outside" featured an chapter with freelance journalist Susie Wall. Wall already had an indoor office, but she felt she could benefit from a wee fresh air every and then. Designer Kelly Deck drew inspiration from Wall's indoor office and placed upon an Asian-inspired compose to generate a serene, peaceful climate (notice the bubbling Buddha water fountain). Oh, and those boards hanging in front of the desk? They're magnetic so papers won't go flying if there's a strong breeze. To learn more about this design, visit the Hgtv website.
Hail to the Chief
There is indubitably nothing wrong with lifting home office compose ideas from man else's office. In fact, we hope that you may have been inspired by some of these other offices we have listed. Sure, obviously not everyone can generate a home office in their backyards or take their love of Apple products to an insane level, but hopefully you saw something that triggered an "Aha!" occasion for you. However, there are some population who have indubitably duplicated exactly what they've seen in their own homes. One of these population is Texan Ron Wade. Well, maybe you should call him President Ron Wade, if you ever visit his home. You see, his home office is a mini replica of the Oval Office in the White House.
It took Wade almost three and a half years to recreate the most renowned office in the world. He employed 250 workers and spent 0,000 in his quest for his own personal Oval Office. He also happens to own fullness of presidential memorabilia, along with over 300,000 presidential buttons and he even drives the car that President John F. Kennedy used during his final months in office. His thinking behind wanting his own Oval Office? He was bored and was finding for something to do. You can learn more about Ron Wade's story Here.
